Yeah, so Thomas Barnett, the lead singer for Strike Anywhere, is so smart and sweet that we couldn’t bring ourselves to chop the terrific interview he gave us into only three minutes! So now you get two video interviews instead of one. Lucky for you!! And lucky for animals—we’re glad we’ve got this outspoken intellectual on our side.

So now that you’ve watched those videos, you’re obviously as crazy about him as we are!! You’d have to be crazy not to be! So get out there and go see him and the other great guys in Strike Anywhere. They are on tour from now until the end of March, and then they’ll hit the open road again in April. Their tour dates are posted on their Web site at http://www.exitenglish.com.
A final word of caution—Thomas may be kind and compassionate, but he’s no softie. These guys are all about inciting a riot. The show we caught in Virginia Beach was so out of control that Strike Anywhere had to take a break and call in a couple of bouncers to calm the crowd. So if you’re not in the mood to mosh, you’d better stay home (or you could just hang out by the merch table all night—there’s no reason to miss all the fun!).
