Matt Skiba is no joke. When he says he's a firm believer in animal rights and wants to help out in any way he can, he means it. Of course, if
you've been visiting us for a while, you probably already know that. But for those of you who are just now learning that the Alkaline Trio
frontman talks the talk and walks the walk, we'll try to get you up to speed. Here goes: Matt's been vegetarian for more than a decade and has an uncanny ability to
remember all the best veggie eats he's ever been privy to. And, because Matt recognizes what you guys
do each and every day to help animals, he wants to help you get all your friends to go vegetarian.
Before you get all twitchy, we want to tell you how you can have Matt answer your phone. No, we're not going to send him to your house to be
your personal receptionist, because, well, then he'd never be able to go on tour to promote Alkaline Trio's latest release, Crimson. And then we'd all have
to be sad. So, in order to do what's best for everyone, we're going to let Matt continue to tour around the country and make awesome music. However, we did kidnap
him for a just a bit to record a voice-mail message that you can download right to your phone.
