Started protesting in 8th grade for the Kentucky Fried Cruelty. A year after being known as "the KFC girl" I became a vegetarian (May 2008). I'm glad this site is still fighting for a change and I'm happy to be back!
I'm always thinking and dreaming. I have a crazy imagination that I can't turn off. I'm mellow funny and loyal. I'm also an only child, home schooled, reader, writer, music lover, blogger, and weird funny person. So yeah, that's me.
Yeah... I already graduated college, but I never left school! I've been a teacher ever since! Right now I'm in Taiwan teaching English to sweet kids, and of course I always share the message of compassion towards animals with them.

hi, christi is my name 16 and vegetarian on the journey to vegan ( cant b/c parents wont allow it. D: ) vegetarian because i cant get over the fact that animals are raised and killed for us to eat when all the vitamins and protein are in other foods as well so why waste an animal for selfish reason. I am a vegan and have been since the sixth grade. I absolutely love animals and as soon as I realized that I did not have to eat meat, I stopped doing so despite any conflicts that I have had. I have owned bunnies, turtles, fish and birds throughout my life. I have mostly had bunnies and probably have had around 15 or so. I have one now and his name is Little. I love to write, draw, play the piano and violin and learn everything I can. My goal in life is to be the best person I can be and make a positive difference in the world.
I'm a polyglot high school senior who became a vegetarian the summer of Freshman year, I have a compassion for animals and peta2 has helped me to realize the extent of the cruelty with which animals are treated daily!
