Chickens who lay eggs on factory farms live in tiny wire cages—they don’t even have enough room to turn around or spread a single wing! And because egg hatcheries have no use for male chicks, they often suffocate, decapitate, or crush them—or they grind them up while they’re still alive.

People can be so mean. Animals have feelings too. How would you like it if you where ground up when you are still alive? I do not get how people can do such awful things to innocent animals. I am starting to become a vegan.

This makes me genuinely sick to my stomach. To think that anyone could look at these chickens sad eyes and think that they were okay with the way they are being treated is sickening. They do not deserve this, no one does! Except maybe..the people that are okay with this cruelty..

i have an idea now. on my block there is a chicken house, you now to but chicken meat. they has live chickens and everyday, they get a huge shipment. i could ask them how they “kill” them and ask then to use the CAK method instead.

Im an animal lover. .in some parts of India people still illtreat animals and when i try to help the poor kittys on the roadside, they think im crazy….its sad to see animals being treated this way

Hi friends, Have you every thought what lives chickens have if they are not free range? Cooped up in cages, barely able to move, unable to follow natural instincts. Male chicks are not wanted (they don’t lay eggs) so they are killed, and sometimes ground up whilst still alive!!! Think about it……..Not nice is it.
