Every year, millions of animals—including dogs and cats—are strangled, hanged, and beaten to death for their fur, and millions more cows, crocodiles and snakes, are killed for the leather industry!
The wool industry is no better. PETA exposes on three continents, including in top wool-producing states in the U.S. and Australia, have found extremely violent abuse of gentle sheep—such as animals kicked, punched, and slammed into the ground.
YOU CAN HELP STOP THIS! November 27 (that’s the day after Thanksgiving) is Fur-Free Friday—an international day of action against killing animals for their skins.
Speak up with one of our Facebook photos and urge your friends to cross animal skins like fur, leather, and wool off their holiday lists for good!
