One-Minute Mission: Share to Save Turkeys

In nature, turkeys can live up to 10 years, and they love spending their days caring for their babies, building nests, taking dust baths, and snoozing in trees. They’re also intelligent and social, and they love listening to music.

But on factory farms …

people love using this holiday to basically cause unnecessary harm to animals. There is no way to morally justify causing unnecessary harm to animals by being less than vegan. Tradition is no moral justification neither is culture it is basically saying we have been doing something for a long time and ”but culture” is only saying we have been causing unnecessary harm to animals for a while so we are going to use that as an excuse to keep doing it . If animals matter even some this cannot be a way to morally justify causing unnecessary harm to animals

It makes me sick by the amount of turkeys people slaughter for thanksgiving… Thinking about this makes me like this holiday less.
