Are you definitely putting the month first and the day second? It can be confusing, too, since January through September will have zeros in front of them (Jan = 01, February = 02, etc).

Are you putting in the correct format? It needs to be like this: mm/dd/yyyy. So, an example would be 05/28/1992.

Yep, they can ship to Canada! Did you select a country first? Be sure to do that, followed by the province. If that still isn’t working, the issue could be that the form only accepts one order per e-mail address. Have you ordered free stickers through this form before?
