I have a theory in life: No problem is so big that it can’t be made better with a grilled cheese sandwich.
Throw in a couple slices of protein-rich vegan turkey though, and you’ve got yourself a bona fide meal sure to please anyone from ages 1–100 (sorry, 101-year-old singing, dancing marathon runner, no grilled cheese for you).
What you’ll need:
First, you’ll want to spread margarine on both sides of each slice of bread, and then put them in a stove pan on low heat. Spread the vegan cheese and one slice of vegan turkey on top of each piece of bread, letting them heat up for about two minutes. When the cheese starts to melt, grab yourself a spatula, and flip one side, so that it’s a sandwich, and continue flipping until you get the golden-brown crispiness that dreams are made of.
