They say that art imitates life, so clearly life is pretty exciting right about now if you’re an animal rights supporter!
Just ask Aleksandr Khomyakov, a student at the prestigious (and vegan-friendly) Rhode Island School of Design, who was inspired to integrate the fight for animal rights into his photomontage assignment.
According to Alex, his project was motivated by the fact that he “can’t count the number of people who gave [him] a response like ‘No, it’ll break my heart’ or ‘No, it will make me unhappy’” when he has suggested that they watch the documentary Earthlings. He added, “Hopefully those people will stop to look at this piece of artwork and at least visit PETA’s website to see what’s up.”
What do you think? Does Alex’s project make you want to get active for animals?

Hello! My name is Nina, and I am a musician-in-training, and I play 7 instruments. I am a liberal, an LGBT activist, avid reader, composer, singer, and poi spinner. I am vegan, and a strong supporter of animal rights.
I was born in Canada and love peta2. I table every month and meet new people:older and younger. I love music and play the recorder. I'm a 6 year spelling bee champion. Again I love peta2!
I'm tall, I love sewing, fashion and the environment, also I'm vegetarian (wannabe vegan.) Obviously, I love animals! :)
