We teased about it last week, and now we’re ready to announce an exciting new project coming soon to college campuses nationwide.
Starting this fall, we will be launching the world’s first factory-farming experience to put people in animals’ shoes. Called “peta2′s Glass Walls Exhibit,” it consists of an enormous 20-by-30-foot inflatable tent, inside of which students will be put in the position of animals in the meat industry by sitting in life-size gestation crates, and where they can watch a new high-definition, immersive version of PETA’s powerful “Glass Walls” exposé.
Upon exiting the experience, students will walk away with free literature, peta2 stickers, and vegan food samples to help start them on a more compassionate track.
This project is still under construction, but here is a very early sketch to give you an idea of what to expect:
Pig: Brent Moore | cc by 2.0 Roof: Jeff Weese | cc by 2.0 Siding and doors: Britt Reints | cc by 2.0

peta2 Street Team Coordinator + lover of vegan food, cats, animal rights, Dawson's Creek, and Harry Potter.
Father loves to farm, be self sustainable, loves to read, he's a antiques/vintage auctioneer, art student, and looks like mr. Rogers. My mother is a Montessori teacher and is amazing with children, all about local organic foods, loves gardening, cooking etc. my sister who is nine years older than me was into indie music and introduced me to all sorts of things at a young age. This all rubbed of on me and from that base I grew into similar things. I'm an INFJ
I love animals about as much as rock, heavy metal, tea, and coffee. Hoping to make a difference and help animals through PETA!!!
I'm tall, a geek, nacho - obsessed, I love sewing and Cath Kidston, also I'm vegetarian (wannabe vegan.)
Well let's just say life ain't always beautiful but it's a beautiful ride. I love all my pets and would do anything for them. I have one dog, two cats, a ferret and my babygirl shaymin,(the cutest hedgehog alive) I'm into all different kinds of music. I'm a singer myself and love art.
I want to get into marketing but not have to rely on people which have different morals and worldviews than I do to hire me. While I'm figuring this out, I want to show everyone what I believe in and spur them into action against injustices.
I am Angela. When I am not helping animals I am listening to music, reading, or playing video games. My spirit animal is a fox and I love nature. What else is there to know? Want to know anything about me, need advice or anything message me :)

Wow I’d love for you guys to visit my school. I’d do anything (except do anything cruel to any living creature), even though I’m still in middle school…. Well, it IS Jeffesary to educate these teens who are clueless to what’s in their food….

This is amazing. I tried to put together something like this, albeit way more rudimentary, for Earth Day when I was in high school so people could feel what it was like to be in one of those cages/crates, but just couldn’t build it.
This is an excellent idea, guys.
