I love pumpkin season! Not only do I ? to stuff my face with scrummy pumpkiny goodness, I also like to rock it in my beauty routine.
Pumpkin—rich in potassium and vitamins A and C—has the “oomph” factor to give your hair a luscious boost while promoting hair growth and a healthy scalp. Plus, it smells delish and seasonal! Um, yes, please!

Hey @Kayla,
As long as you aren’t allergic, I think any pumpkin would work.

Coconut oil is very good for hair, but if you don’t have any (I’ve had a hard time finding some before) you can use extra virgin olive oil.

Do you apply this when your hair is wet or dry??

Would say dry since it will moisten up from the mixture.

This is great for your hair! But you need to THOROUGHLY blend the pumpkin. Otherwise you will spend the next 2 hours picking out pumpkin bits and still have chunks left. I speak from personal experience. It needs to be a completely smooth consistency.
