It’s been a long, hungry week for me. I had to stare at all those UK sandwiches this week, and even though some were admittedly gross-sounding to me (I cannot believe Martin actually eats sandwiches with vegan cream cheese, margarine, and syrup in them–yuck), they were definitely creative, and it made me want to devour any sandwich in sight.
Luckily I wasn’t the only one who felt this way. A few of my fellow peta2 staffers were longing after something a bit more than the typical PB&J, too. With that in mind, I bring you three of the sandwiches that we gobbled up today.
Disclaimer: No animals were harmed in the making of these sandwiches.
First up is the little diddy Pulin made–he likes to call it “The Floating Double-Layer Vegan Chicken Sandwich.” A little wordy for my tastes, but it looked/smelled delish.

Father loves to farm, be self sustainable, loves to read, he's a antiques/vintage auctioneer, art student, and looks like mr. Rogers. Well let's just say life ain't always beautiful but it's a beautiful ride. I love all my pets and would do anything for them. I have one dog, two cats, a ferret and my babygirl shaymin,(the cutest hedgehog alive) I'm into all different kinds of music. I'm a singer myself and love art.
I love animals about as much as rock, heavy metal, tea, and coffee. Hoping to make a difference and help animals through PETA!!!
I want to get into marketing but not have to rely on people which have different morals and worldviews than I do to hire me. While I'm figuring this out, I want to show everyone what I believe in and spur them into action against injustices.

This might not top your UK sandwiches, but it is delicious and vegan:
1 baked potato — cut open lengthwise and topped
with Gardenburger BBQ Riblets. Serve with raw
chopped salad vegetables.
