For the past few weeks, we’ve been following our friend Mark from The Victory Lap on his journey to vegetarianism. Eliminating animal products from your diet can be a challenge at first, especially if you’re not able to cook yummy recipes at home because you’re living in a van and traveling from show to show on tour. In this week’s episode, we see Mark stock up on some tour essentials, like everyone’s favorite 35-cent soup Top Ramen (the Oriental flavor is vegan!), breakfast noms, and a staple for any herbivore on a budget: peanut butter.
