Ink Not Mink and Another Street Teamer in the News.
At Monday’s Warped Tour in Kansas City, KS, Bryan from the Bouncing Souls came by to hang out again. Bryan told everyone a story about how his 4 year old daughter calls Ronald McDonald, “the bad clown.” Twelve Summers Old also stopped in at the PETA2 tent to get some lit to hand out to their fans. Check out that photo below, along with a picture of another person who got stenciled by the girls.

Franka Potente, star of Run Lola Run and this summer’s The Bourne Supremacy, says she “canﾌt understand why someone would want to wear a coat thatﾌs made out of 70 dead animals.” Click here to see Franka in PETA’s latest “Ink Not Mink” anti-fur ad.
Street Teamer Husnah Khan was interviewed in an article for the Oakland Press. Editor Douglas Levy writes,
It was the treatment of animals that gave Husnah Khan a reason to adapt a vegetarian lifestyle.
“I wanted to become one so I wouldn’t feel guilty anymore when I say that I love animals,” says the 16-year-old who’s about to be a junior at Academy of the Sacred Heart in Bloomfield Hills. “How can I say I love animals when I’m eating them at the same time?”
But along the way, the Bloomfield Township girl found other reasons. Her research found that a vegetarian’s lifespan exceeds a carnivore’s by six to 10 years, and the risk of having a heart attack is 50 percent less.
