How’s your pledge to try veganism going? Maybe you’re a pro, but hopefully if you’re already vegan, you encouraged your fam and friends to try out veganism for the new year. Most of us find it really easy to stay inspired—whether it’s because of our awesome animal companions or health reasons or through daily reminders of the cruelty involved in meat production—but some people aren’t so lucky.
One great way to keep your family from slipping up is to remind them about the awesome choice they have made! And where better to remind them than the fridge? Check out some examples below, and then create your own!

Father loves to farm, be self sustainable, loves to read, he's a antiques/vintage auctioneer, art student, and looks like mr. Rogers. My mother is a Montessori teacher and is amazing with children, all about local organic foods, loves gardening, cooking etc. my sister who is nine years older than me was into indie music and introduced me to all sorts of things at a young age. This all rubbed of on me and from that base I grew into similar things. I'm an INFJ
I'm tall, a geek, nacho - obsessed, I love sewing and Cath Kidston, also I'm vegetarian (wannabe vegan.)
I love animals about as much as rock, heavy metal, tea, and coffee. Hoping to make a difference and help animals through PETA!!!
I am Angela. When I am not helping animals I am listening to music, reading, or playing video games. My spirit animal is a fox and I love nature. What else is there to know? Want to know anything about me, need advice or anything message me :)

Many animals used for food have never been allowed to eat food themselves. They have been raised on chemicals. Their bodies are tortured.
Meat is chemicals and pain.
Be good to your bodies. Don’t intake their chemicals and pain and wonder why you have high anxiety.
Be good to yourself.

This is a great idea but I think it’s more effective to stick the notes to the actual meat packet/milk carton etc. as they then are more lkely to read it.

I’ve tried everything for my family and friends but they just ignore me. Once they decided to go out for Mac and i when with them to try and redirect them to a place more animal friendly, but my stubborn sister insisted on Mac. So i told my mom that im not gana enter the Restaurant (if u can call it that. i ended up in the parking lot in the freezing cold. And now my sisters keep going there just to oppose me. I dont know what more i can do.

I’ve heard some not so nice comments from my family members. I just ignore it. Just roll your eyes and walk away while thinking about all the animals you’re saving by not eating meat.
Good luck Juliette!

Well, I’m a vegan, my mother is a vegetarian and my brother is lactose intolerant so there’s rarely every any meat or dairy in my house. Except for eggs, I need to convince them to stop eating chicken abortions (that’s what my friend calls eggs).
I’m gonna try the note thing, hopefully it helps

Hey Jake,
Why not try health facts? Some people respond more towards information rather than emotions! Keep trying, buddy!!
