I’m a “walk and talk” kinda lady—so I was naturally drawn to the idea of a portable snack. I’ve been recently inspired to spice up a bag of corn chips, and my recipe is just too good not to share. I call this beautiful work of art “Nachos 2 Go.”
Nachos 2 Go
1 small bag of corn chips
3 Tbsp. guacamole
3 Tbsp. salsa
3 Tbsp. black beans
Juice of 1 lime
Serves 1 really hungry human
