If you’ve been living under a rock for the past couple of weeks, you might not know that President Obama has been taking some pretty big steps to push a ban on the torture of human beings.
Every year, animals including cats, dogs, monkeys, pigs, goats, and even dolphins are used in military training experiments that can only be described as torture. From starving, shooting, burning, stabbing, dismembering or electrocuting—animals used in military testing suffer in the name of science and war in some of the most senseless “tests” I’ve ever heard of. Seriously—shooting pigs and burning monkeys with chemicals, is this really the most humane thing we can do in 2009? All of that only to be killed in the cold hands of an experimenter. These animals need your help!

Well let's just say life ain't always beautiful but it's a beautiful ride. I love all my pets and would do anything for them. I have one dog, two cats, a ferret and my babygirl shaymin,(the cutest hedgehog alive) I'm into all different kinds of music. I'm a singer myself and love art.
I love animals about as much as rock, heavy metal, tea, and coffee. Hoping to make a difference and help animals through PETA!!!
I want to get into marketing but not have to rely on people which have different morals and worldviews than I do to hire me. While I'm figuring this out, I want to show everyone what I believe in and spur them into action against injustices.

as much as this sucks…
in actuality you know that they won’t stop animal testing.
because if the government didn’t animal test, we wouldn’t have half the technology, cures for deadly diseases, and vaccines that we now have that IS saving millions of lives.
don’t get me wrong, animal testing sucks major balls but…you know that the government won’t stop animal testing.
i hate animal testing but thats just reality.

I really hope he bans animal torture, it’s so inhumane. if he can ban human torture, he should do it for animals too. it’s so unfair.
