This past Saturday, Ryan, Cody, and I tabled at a college expo at the Los Angeles Convention Center to talk to current and future college students about our campaign to get McDonald’s suppliers to stop some of the worst abuses of chickens on the planet.
Students who signed our petition against McDonald’s took a stand against suppliers’ practice of slicing the beaks off live birds with a hot blade, shackling the animals by their hind legs, and slitting their throats while they’re still conscious.
The good news? This event was a big success for us, as we got more than 700 petition signatures! We also gave students free stickers and information on how they can help animals!
Check out some of the pics that we snapped at the event:

Father loves to farm, be self sustainable, loves to read, he's a antiques/vintage auctioneer, art student, and looks like mr. Rogers. My mother is a Montessori teacher and is amazing with children, all about local organic foods, loves gardening, cooking etc. my sister who is nine years older than me was into indie music and introduced me to all sorts of things at a young age. This all rubbed of on me and from that base I grew into similar things. I'm an INFJ
