I’ve tried soy, almond, and rice. I love them all. I’d like to try other kinds too! Almond is probably my favorite of the three. Even before I went vegan I still used nondairy milk just because it tastes so good!
I have heard that hemp milk is the healthiest because it contains those ever-popular Omega-3 & 6 fatty acids. However, they are all SO much healthier than animal milks that it hardly matters, you should drink whichever one tastes best to you. Enjoying your food makes it healthier, fact. 😉
