California natives Seahaven cultivated a steady cult following and crafted one hell of a debut LP for Run For Cover Records in 2011. Building off some acoustic sessions and the Ghost EP, Winter Forever quickly made its way into the land of Album of the Year lists, giving fans more of the alarming sincerity and crunching melodic riffs that have become the band’s signature sound.
I recently caught up with vocalist Kyle Soto when the band traveled through New York with Touche Amore and Pianos Become The Teeth. Check out what Kyle had to say about how going vegetarian has changed his health for the better and introduced him to the world of animal rights.
