New week. New music! If you’re struggling to get through the Monday doldrums, take a moment to rejoice in the splendor of New Jersey’s own defenders of pop punk, Man Overboard.
When I was first introduced to Man Overboard (courtesy of my boy Cody!) I was instantly hooked. Heartfelt and sincere, simple and impossibly catchy, the first tracks I heard from this band were stuck in my head for days, and I wasn’t alone. By the time their debut full-length, Real Talk—put out on Run For Cover Records, was released this summer, Man Overboard was getting more hype than a Twilight movie. And according to just about every album review out there, it was well-deserved. Oh, and did I mention they’re super nice dudes who have loads to say about animal rights? No big deal.
Check out our interview with Wayne and Justin to hear their thoughts on putting your money where your mouth is and standing up for animals.
You can catch Man Overboard on tour now with Fireworks and The Swellers.

I was born in Canada and love peta2. I table every month and meet new people:older and younger. I love music and play the recorder. I'm a 6 year spelling bee champion. Again I love peta2!
I'm tall, I love sewing, fashion and the environment, also I'm vegetarian (wannabe vegan.) Obviously, I love animals! :)
