This week we’re combining two sweets that everyone loves—chocolate cake and chocolate pudding! Yep, you read that right. Just look at this picture—wouldn’t this cake make the perfect ending to your next family dinner? I think so!
Whether you’re looking to impress your not-so-down-with-veganism fam or satisfy your own sweet tooth, there is no denying that this cake will do the trick. Check it!
Chocolate Pudding Cake
1 box Duncan Hines® Devil’s Food cake mix
2 small bananas, mashed
2 Tbsp. cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp. water
1 4-oz. cup vegan chocolate pudding
Vegan icing (optional)
Makes 1 cake

What is a simple and good frosting recipe?

1/2 cup vegan butter
1 cup icing sugar
about 1/3 cup soy milk ( I prefer the almond milk )
2 table spoons of vanilla
You might need to double the recipe, I usually just throw them into a bowl. If it’s runny, add some more icing sugar & butter, if it’s too thick, add some more soy milk.
