OK, so hear me out. This not-so-traditional dairy-free delight is packed full of calcium, iron, magnesium, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, and vitamins A, E, and C. Translation: the stuff that makes you look and feel amazing! I have these secretly healthy treats in the morning to get my day started right. You don’t taste the seaweed at all but still get all the benefits. Win!

Mint Chocolate Chip Seaweed Shake
1 Tbsp. wakame seaweed
1 handful spinach
2 Tbsp. (or more) fresh mint
1 cup nut milk
2 frozen bananas
2 Tbsp. cacao nibs or powder
1 tsp. vanilla

  • Soak the wakame for 10 minutes.
  • Put the spinach and mint in a blender and chop until very fine.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients, blend to perfection, and have the best treat ever!

Give it a try, and let me know what you think!

Health and happiness.

Too long to explain here, it's long enough for a novel.

Father loves to farm, be self sustainable, loves to read, he's a antiques/vintage auctioneer, art student, and looks like mr. Rogers. My mother is a Montessori teacher and is amazing with children, all about local organic foods, loves gardening, cooking etc. my sister who is nine years older than me was into indie music and introduced me to all sorts of things at a young age. This all rubbed of on me and from that base I grew into similar things. I'm an INFJ

I want to get into marketing but not have to rely on people which have different morals and worldviews than I do to hire me. While I'm figuring this out, I want to show everyone what I believe in and spur them into action against injustices.
