There’s one thing that’s undeniable: Seitan is the sh*t!

The Vegan Black Metal Chef knows it, I know it, and I know you know it too! Don’t front! 😉 Seitan is high in protein and low in fat, and it soaks up flava like it’s goin’ out of style—hence, it’s mega-delish!

Watch the Vegan Black Metal Chef as he shows you not one, not two, but three yummy seitanic dishes: seitanic udon noodle stir fry, seitanic curry, and BBQ seitan sandwiches:

Which seitanic dish are you most eager to try?

Hahaha, I love the Vegan Black Metal Chef! I got into an argument a while ago with someone on the comments about PETA actually… They were majorly misinformed about current scientific knowledge regarding nutrition.

I think I said something about meat causing impotence and therefore being the opposite of manly…They said that only PETA thought that and it wasn’t true, so I had to explain how the human body works. Saturated fat is not good for healthy blood flow! xDD

Ahem, back to the point. The recipes sound totally delicious and I love black metal!! Veganism is totally metal, I know because I am both metal and vegan so it must be true. =P

As a kid, I was and am still curious about the great big world we live in, and I thought nothing of animal abuse. But for some or no completely good reasons, I was getting sicker and weaker. Then one day I heard about PETA while I was on the internet. I got a little curious, and I went veg after finding out meat was one of the reasons I was sicker. Right now, I'm still trying to give up meat for my health. But I'm getting there!
