Time to Tackle the Protein Myth

When I tell people that I’m a vegan, the most popular question I get is “But how do you get enough protein?” I’m sure you all can relate.
Something everyone should know about protein: Every plant-based whole food contains it! Awesome vegan sources of protein include nuts, seeds and beans but you can even find it in carrots and celery!
