Who Doesn't Love Cute Cartoon Animals?
Memorial Day is just a few days away, and you know what that means: time for another peta2 e-card with adorable cartoon animals, for you to pass around to everyone you know! Go here and check out our latest animated e-card with a parade of “not a nugget” chicks along with a few new friends., then send it to everyone you know by clicking the “Share With a Friend” link and entering their e-mail addresses into our online form. I appreciate the sentiment, but there’s no need to send it to me. I’m already vegan guys.
Shut Down Cruel Primate-Testing Lab
There’s a new Covance mission on peta2. Watching videos of vivisectors torturing animals in pointless lab experiments makes my skin crawl, but I always remind myself that if I don’t watch, how can I expect anyone else to? Besides, all that anger you feel after seeing these morons use and abuse helpless primates is great motivation to kick some Covance ass.
OMGZ … Death Cab on peta2
The moment you’ve been waiting for is here. Your two favorite things in the world have come together, and the result is the beautiful ad you see below.
Chris Walla from Death Cab for Cutie came to peta2 with the idea for this ad inspired by 2001: A Space Odyssey. We thought it was pretty neat concept, and I think we can all agree we were right. Go here to read more about the ad and to watch some b-roll video footage from the shoot.
Listen Up Grads
If you’re thinking about decorating your graduation cap, you might as well spread an important message, don’t you agree?
PETA’s office is closed on Monday, meaning I’ve got three days to ride my bike, play skeeball, and barbecue all sorts of mock meats. I’m out of here. Take care!
