There are few things that make my heart go pitter-patter more than a dreamy boy with a guitar—unless it’s a dreamy boy with a guitar who loves animals, and then all bets are off!
Cue William Beckett. I’ve had a soft spot for Mr. Beckett since I saw The Academy Is… open for Fall Out Boy back when they were still just The Academy. A seriously long time ago! These days, William is hard at work promoting his new EP and first release as a solo artist. He recently checked in with peta2 to introduce us to his newly adopted cat, Scully, and discuss all the reasons why rescued animals rule. Prepare to swoon.

Hello! My name is Nina, and I am a musician-in-training, and I play 7 instruments. I am a liberal, an LGBT activist, avid reader, composer, singer, and poi spinner. I am vegan, and a strong supporter of animal rights.
I was born in Canada and love peta2. I table every month and meet new people:older and younger. I love music and play the recorder. I'm a 6 year spelling bee champion. Again I love peta2!
I'm tall, I love sewing, fashion and the environment, also I'm vegetarian (wannabe vegan.) Obviously, I love animals! :)
