Last night was the final stop of this year’s Take Action Tour. All the way back in 1999, Hopeless Records decided that it was time for a call to arms for the music industry to give back to fans and charities that need it the most. Since then, the Take Action Tour has raised over 2 million dollars for over 50 non-profit organizations, while bringing focus to important issues ranging from suicide prevention to volunteering in your community. This year’s tour featured some of peta2′s favorite bands—We The Kings, A Rocket To The Moon, There For Tomorrow, Stereo Skyline, and Mayday Parade. It was basically a travelling party for a really great cause!

Well let's just say life ain't always beautiful but it's a beautiful ride. I love all my pets and would do anything for them. I have one dog, two cats, a ferret and my babygirl shaymin,(the cutest hedgehog alive) I'm into all different kinds of music. I'm a singer myself and love art.
Father loves to farm, be self sustainable, loves to read, he's a antiques/vintage auctioneer, art student, and looks like mr. Rogers. My mother is a Montessori teacher and is amazing with children, all about local organic foods, loves gardening, cooking etc. my sister who is nine years older than me was into indie music and introduced me to all sorts of things at a young age. This all rubbed of on me and from that base I grew into similar things. I'm an INFJ
I'm tall, a geek, nacho - obsessed, I love sewing and Cath Kidston, also I'm vegetarian (wannabe vegan.)
I love animals about as much as rock, heavy metal, tea, and coffee. Hoping to make a difference and help animals through PETA!!!
I want to get into marketing but not have to rely on people which have different morals and worldviews than I do to hire me. While I'm figuring this out, I want to show everyone what I believe in and spur them into action against injustices.
I am Angela. When I am not helping animals I am listening to music, reading, or playing video games. My spirit animal is a fox and I love nature. What else is there to know? Want to know anything about me, need advice or anything message me :)

Be an example for others, maybe if you volunteer at a shelter or just walk your dogs daily, other people willl take notice and do the same.

To educate yourself. If you don’t know what is going on you won’t know how to help.

I think the most important way to help animals is to just get the word out about what’s really happening to them. Sure, we can become vegetarians or vegans… but if we get the word out, that means MORE people will become vegetarian/vegan, protest buying dogs as opposed to adopting them, boycott the circus, and things like that.
When you get the word out, you’ve made people aware. And when people become aware, people act.

Its hard to choose just one way that’s the best to help animals when there are so many! I think its best to spread the word about how animals are currently being treated and how we can make a difference; whether that be adopting an animal from a local shelter, protesting McDonalds or another place that is cruel to animals, volunteering at a local shelter, or becoming vegetarian. We may be young but together we can make a difference!!

the best way to save and animal is by going all forth and going to places where they are slaughtering animals and protest if not take legal action and try to by force! but hope, believe and patience is the way because one day this world and univerese will think back for a second and think” wow, what are we doing? we cant live like this we have to stop killing these poor creatures who also have a heart, family, emotions and can feel pain also!” then we know we can savce the poor helpless animals!

The best way in my life to help animals is to take action, instead of just saying “awe, poor animal, that suck!” I try to help how ever I can! When I see an animal lost on the aide of the road, I get out of the car and read it’s collar and try to call the propper people.
Or if I see animal abuse, I don’t just watch from afar, I try to see if the animal is ok, and I make all the phone calls and office visits needed to find that animal a new home!
So, I guess to put it in a sentence, the best way to help animals is not being silent!!!!

stop looking away, face the truth (even if it hurts your smugness) and start a new life- not only for the benefit of animals, but for your self-respect.

The best way to help animals? It’s hard to choose just one! There are so many ways! Living as much of a cruelty-free lifestyle is the best way. Living a cruelty-free lifestyle also involves talking to others and speaking out about what you believe. Your own descisions help animals of course but you are only one person. If you can convince just one person, you have the potential of starting a chain reaction. If you can get a few people to understand the amount of cruelty that the average American takes for granted in exchange for a “comfortable lifestyle” then chances are, they will tell more people and the movement spreads. We can only truly eliminate animal cruelty when everyone accepts it as wrong and unless you speak out about what’s wrong, there is a definite chance that a few people you know will go their entire lives without knowing about the suffering that animals endure for their “lifestyle.”

The MOST important way to help animals is to go vegan – that way you’re not supporting their exploitation in any way whatsoever. Plus when others see all the yummy vegan foods you’re eating they’ll want to go veggie too!

The most important way to help animals is for the people of the world, to just stop, for like two seconds, and see that animals CANT defend themselves. They cant speak out against their discomfort. We the homo sapiens, need to acknowledge their pain and suffering. And take time out of our day to rid them of that pain. We need to make them our equals, didnt anyone’s mothers ever give them the speech “treat others as you would wish to be treated”

I think that the most important way to help animals is by the idea that if you take an animal in as a pet or whatnot TAKE CARE OF THEM
Dogs or whatever animals wouldn’t be abused if you loved them.

Show that you care. Showing that you care is the best you can do. From helping a stranded kitty to rescuing strays to just running a drive to raise money for animals, just showing you care is the best thing anyone or creature can ask for.

The most important way to help animals is by going vegan and convincing others to give it a try. By stopping the consumption and use of animal products, thousands and thousands of animals can be saved! Not only is it a healthier lifestyle, it is better for the environment, and it is much less expensive, something which is especially important given the current state of our country’s financial affairs. By being vegan and convincing others to join this lifestyle we could save our economy, our environment, and our animal friends all in one easy, cruelty-free step. It is definitely worth a try.

Most important way to help animals? I really don’t know. But animals and people have one thing in common for sure; they both feel. So when people tell you “Put yourself in that person’s shoes” do the same for an animal, and you just might find yourself a great motivator to do something about it

Adopting animals and protesting is the most convincing way to help animals. Adopting animals shows how much you really care for them, and giving a helpless animal a warm home to live in not only makes you feel wonderful, it shows the animal that they deserve to have rights and be loved by someone, not just shoved into a cage, abused, or tested on.
Protesting shows people that you will stand up for what you believe in and gives them a little insight of what goes on behind the curtains.
