I also learned that lite versions of Nasoya tofu have way much more calcium than the regular versions, especially the lite silken…helps to know if you are looking for extra easy calcium.
More like “how do YOU manage your calcium WITH milk?”, ha ha

I saw this yesterday, but I wouldn’t recommend salmon or sardines. Those are somebody’s babies.
