Hey everyone! A lot of my friends say I make the BEST smoothies, what’s my secret? They’re vegan! But that’s not the tip I’m here to tell you, otherwise I would be preaching to the choir! My suggestion is that when you buy bananas you peel them and stick them in a freezer bag and chuck them in the freezer with your frozen fruit!
When frozen the bananas are really easy to break apart and separate from each other but they give the smoothie a thick and creamy texture just like adding yoghurt would do.
AND just blending the frozen bananas makes good vegan ice cream.
