Action Bug

After we take an instant-points action, there is normally a prompt that pops up indicating that we have received points, and also our name is listed in the Recent Activities box (on the right side of forum pages).
Something changed recently that is causing the action to sometimes not completely register (no prompt and no name listed in Recent Activities).
The work-around is to log out before you take an action, then sign in only once prompted to do so, then log out again before taking the next action.
