encourage your parents and friends to do some research about veganism! Its not easy, especially if someone else is in charge of your grocery buying and meal planning, but maybe make it fun and pick out some delicious vegan recipes you can make together?

What do they mean by “you’re going to die if you become vegan?” Do they literally believe you will become sick? If so provide then with information of the health benefits of being vegan (like less likely to have heart disease) and how dairy is not healthy bc such as for milk it a) is unnatural to have breast milk not your species b) any breast milk definitely after the age of 4 c) it needs to be taken with or have additives of vitamin d to even absorb the calcium d) contains an eyedropper of pus in every cup of milk e) most dairy cows live on average of 5 years compared to the natural lifespan of 17-21 years f) dairy cows are usually sent to slaughter when they are not producing enough milk g) dairy cows are milked with machines that can cause infected utters h) calves are ripped away from their mothers and used for veal bc their mothers are milking cows j) many cows live inside where they have no chance of fresh air and grass… and the list goes on, and that is just for milk! Not to mention the egg industry with battery chickens are the male chicks being thrown into grinders. Give them the facts, have a earthlings movie night, and remember that you are not alone there are other vegans out there and by choosing to go vegan you are taking a stand against injustice!
