I am just about to start my A-Levels (I live in the UK) and was considering how to choose the best options that would allow me to get a job in animal rights in the future. The few degree courses I could find to do with animals were not really suitable, so I thought about online diploma courses. Some of these are very good ideas, and could be very useful on a CV, including the Animal Ethics and Welfare Diploma Level 4 and Animal Campaigner Diploma Level 3, but I was wondering if you knew of any courses, A-Levels or Degrees in the UK that would be great for getting a job in AR?

I guess it depends what part of AR you are interested in. For example, if you’re interested in fundraising then some sort of sales training would be useful, or if you want to help animals that have been abused then a veterinary background would help. Or if you want to promote AR then some sort of media qualification might be better.
