I’ve searched for good (and authentic) Indian food recipes – in particular, recipes for chana masala and mattar paneer – but they all seem different. I don’t know which spices to use, and I really need to keep it sort of simple to keep the cost down. I have never cooked Indian food myself, and I would like to. Anyone know any good recipes? (And if there were any way to make mattar paneer vegan, that would be helpful.) Thanks!
I hadn’t really thought to look up recipe videos for that, but that’s a great idea. And the spices are expensive here in most stores, but I’ve recently found a place that may have what I need. Thank you @rajankumar.
hi @Suzanne, i like chana masala for cooking and eating.it is my favourate.in holiday, when i want to cook then specialy i cook chana masala.i don’t know where you stay.but in india, chana masala is not expensive and here you can make it in home $0.75 for two people.i shall like to say about this recipes but it is deficult to write about this recipes.so,watch it`s recipes video, i think it is better way to learn.Thanks….
Much I know from the Indian food are so spicy, savory and over filled with onions, that whats make me knows where those foods originated from, and its just a food characteristic for Indian. Even on their dessert, they are more spicy than sweets, for wine they wanted reserve wine or aged one.. Which I don’t think my wine interest from http://www.berriedinchocolate.com/collections/dessert-wine, would also be their type of wine to drink.
