I’ve searched for good (and authentic) Indian food recipes – in particular, recipes for chana masala and mattar paneer – but they all seem different. I don’t know which spices to use, and I really need to keep it sort of simple to keep the cost down. I have never cooked Indian food myself, and I would like to. Anyone know any good recipes? (And if there were any way to make mattar paneer vegan, that would be helpful.) Thanks! :)

Indian spices are available in america but the thing is they’r very expensive. thrice of Indian cost. I know few of shops Bombay Grocers and Foods of India in Ann Arbor, Michigan. you can get everything there or you might find it in Louisiana itself. yup I chan tenn you some good Indian food. look out for paneer recipe. Paneer is an all time favorite and Chola, Chana, Rajma..
