Pecans are one of my top 3 nut loves. (Cashews and almonds are #1 and #2. Pistachios run a pricey fourth.)
Not only are they incredibly healthy for you, they are a sweet easy snack and they play well as a topping on everything from almond milk yogurt to soy ice cream.
But let’s start with the basics…
