    Lime Scented Sponge Cake?! You don’t have to tell me twice *heads to kitchen* LOL!

    I’m lactose intolerant, so being vegan is great because it means I don’t get ill anymore 🙂 I think I’m a bit intolerant to bell peppers too (I get REALLY bloated if I eat more than a few pieces) so I just moderate my intake.

    I’ve said this before but I’ll say it again, my favourite cake is a cake-in-a-mug! So quick, so simple, sooooo tasty! Here’s the recipe again, for anyone who’s missed my previous ravings about it:

    *Ooey-Gooey Cake In A Mug*

    4 tablespoons of flour
    4 tablespoons of sugar
    2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
    A few drops of vanilla essence
    2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
    2 tablespoons of water
    A dash of salt

    You need:
    A tablespoon
    A mug
    A microwave

    Serves one, takes less than five minutes to make, suitable for vegans YAY!

    What to do:
    Mix all the ingredients together in a mug.
    Make sure to mix right to the bottom edges of the mug.
    Cook, on a high setting, in a microwave for one minute.
    You can adjust this by 15 seconds more or less but remember: one minute is fairly gooey but more than two minutes will give you a block of coal!
    Eat, straight from the mug, mmmmm!
    Wash mug and spoon.
    Make another…
