If you don’t have a waffle maker, just use the batter for pancakes…only diff really is that waffles are crispy and they have all those nice little dents to hold more toppings.
Or you can buy frozen vegan waffles and pop them in the toaster or heat them in the oven for superextracrispyness.
I like my waffles with almond butter and cinnamon and blueberry jam…How do you top your waffles? Syrup or jam? Vegan yogurt or ice cream? Vegan nutella? 😉
