I ordered the “I heart veggie burgers” shirt with my points but then I got an email saying that the shirt was backordered and I would have to pay for it once it shipped. So I sent an email back saying that I wanted to cancel my order. But once my order was cancelled, my points never came back. What’s going on?

This exact thing happened to me. I really wants that shirt. I even emailed them like I was suppose to, and still nothing. I really want the hoody, but in no way would I be ale to get it by fall if those 18,000 points aren’t returned
