I just made a vegan chai cheesecake and oh my god it looks and smells so good if heaven were a dessert it would look like this *drool*. I got the recipe from the book called ‘my sweet vegan’,everything in it looks so fantastic. If you bake a lot I definitely recommend it. What are some of your guys’ favorite recipes?

I put extrafirm silken tofu and to containers of tofutii creamcheese into my food processor, added a cup of sugar and some cinnamon, coriander, black pepper, all spice, nutmeg and ginger. Once that was all blended up I poured it into a graham cracker crust and baked it for half an hour. One it’s done you have to let it chill for 12-24 hours. It came out fantastic 🙂
