yah ik how you feel..Id like to see some good responses to this

well i have the same problem, I work at church, I’m there the whole week, so its hard for me, specially since I have to honor my pastors who dont share my belief of veganism, and I cant argue with them or act like if a was superior… but respectfully, I have told them that the way we eat goes further than just what the bible says, it is about health, personal compassion and non conformism with the cruelty of the meat industry… also, there are many many theological arguments from the bible, like how adam and eve were firts vegetarians because the lord created the plants for us to eat… and how about this? Romans 14:15 If your brother or sister is distressed because of what you eat, you are no longer acting in love. Do not by your eating destroy someone for whom Christ died. and Romans 14:21 It is better NOT TO EAT MEAT or drink wine or to do anything else that will cause your brother or sister to fall.

Latter Day Saints (Christians/Mormons) believe animals have souls and the doctrine talks about treating animals with respect and told to only consume animals if absolutely necessary (which granted a lot don’t follow but still it is doctrine)

How do i respond to this?
