I am a college student on a very low budget. I really want to get into the vegetarian lifestyle as well as a healthy lifestyle. My schedule for next semester will be super hectic and I don’t want to eat Easy Mac every night, what should I do?

I bought this book at Marshalls yesterday it was the everything guide college cookbook it has very quick recipes that can be made with few ingredients that are cheap to buy and the book has certain recipes labeled with a carrot for vegetarian even so, the ones that are not can be made vegetarian by just switching out a product or so

The best thing I can think of that would work for you, is maybe, every weekend make enough food, that can last in the fridge(or freezer if you happen to have one) for a week, and then you can just go grab something out of the fridge and maybe heat it up, depending on what it is, and there you go, food! lol
These are pretty awesome, and they last FOREVER in the fridge :)

Along with that, you can make your own granola :) Walmart sells these bags of banana chips and mixed dried fruit for a dollar, throw that in with like the most basic granola recipes, and you’ll have equivalent to really pricey granola for way yes, and it;s guaranteed to be vegan(most store stuff isn’t =/)
