Hi everyone! Just wondering what some of your favorite cookbooks are. I ordered the Peta college cookbook with my points, but I need to stock up! Im especially interested in fast recipes, healthy recipes, and ones that even the biggest carnivores will still find delicious ( for when family/friends are over!)

Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World is also one worth having. Make sure you try the chai cupcakes!

I recently purchased Color Me Vegan and Vegan Cookies Invade Your Cookie Jar. While the first book looks interesting and well put together, the cookies I’ve made from the other book have all been major hits with my picky mixed-diet family. I seriously recommend this book if you love cookies. I can’t wait to get their other books too.

    my top three:
Vegan A Go Go (fast and easy for the most part, great for running around because it is small and packed with rescipes)
    Skinny Bitch in the Kitch
Chloe’s Kitchen (newly bought and loving it already!! I made some recipes for carnies already and they didn’t know the difference)

I also just bought The Vegan Table. Amazing read and the author talks a lot about whole foods and such.

If you’re looking for healthy recipes, I highly recommend “Appetite for Reduction” by Isa Chandra Moskowitz. Really, anything by Isa is good.

Vegan with a vengeance. Hands down. Its my go to cookbook when I have no idea what to have for dinner, or if I want something sweet. Veganomicon is good too. but I found out that’s a cookbook that requires gourmet tastes and the willingness to spend a little more on food.
