Tbh, I wouldn’t recommend a vegetarian or vegan going to any fast food chain like burger king or mcdonalds, as that money just ends up supporting their global market domination.

In the UK check the menu, the one I saw had a * by it then at the bottom read : Cooked in same oil as fish

So yes there can be.

At least in the United States, Burger King’s veggie burgers have eggs.

In the UK, if you order a veggie burger without cheese or mayo then it’s suitable for vegans (plus it’s microwaved and not cooked in the same place as the meat).

I heard form someone who worked there once that they cook those in the Microwave, but things may have changed(I was told this years ago). If they do cook it on the grill, chances are very good it’s cooked on the same grill as the meat =/

So I was wondering what you guys think of the veggie burger at burger king. I’m sure this has been talked about before but I haven’t been on this site in months. Do you guys think there’s a chance of cross contamination? Like meat juices and such touching the veggie patty?
