Cutting out dissection

So I went to the cutting out dissection part of peta, and i checked the map which tells me if students in quebec have the right to refuse dissecting, and apparently we don’t (well not without repercussions). I want to try and cut out dissecting from my college but i’m not sure where to start. Can someone guide me a little? Like who do I talk to and so on?
