    It’s my second day eating vegan and I feel great! I have so much more energy. I am still learning to cook on my own though. For now I have been relying on vegetables, and vegan chicken nuggets, and the veggie bites

    Great job going vegan! It’s so worth it! I have trouble with cooking also, so what I started doing was making one new recipe that I found on a blog every week. It’s a great way to branch out and it convinced my mother to try going vegan also.

    Easy ideas: Almond butter or PB&J sandwiches, hummus & veggie sandwiches, vegan tacos, Near East falafel patties or their quinoa or couscous
