In the season’s rush to meet deadlines, plan parties and find, buy or make things for everyone on the planet, it’s easy to forget to take care of yourself and eat good healthy yumful foods! Being a vegan isn’t just about changing your diet and helping animals…it’s about eating well and taking care of you too! 🙂
    Put down the candy and bake yourself some healthy muffins! Add some cashew butter, apple butter or vegan cream cheese and you’ll be filled up, revved up and ready for anything!
