Okay, officially it’s National Gazpacho Day. Gazpacho is cold tomato soup that’s really yumful in summer, but outside right now it’s 12 degrees so I’m not about to go anywhere near a cold bowl of anything!
Since it’s still Cookie Cutter Week I’m warming up the oven to make some spicy gingerbread people to go with my steaming hot mug of cocoa…bring on the heat! 🙂

Do you make gingerbread people or gingerbread animals or anything else gingerbready? Have you ever made a gingerbread house? What’s the weather like where you are? 🙂

If the gingerbread people or animals look too cute then I feel guilty about eating them!! I found some really yummy gingerbread ghosts for sale in October!

The weather here is awful: strong winds, local flooding, ice etc. Winter is definitely here.
