    Quick Method Vegan Danish Pastry

    255g plain flour (2 cups)
    135g chilled shortening (3/4 cup)
    2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast ( 1 package)
    60ml warm water
    60ml soy cream
    2 Tbsp sugar
    1/4 tsp salt
    20g egg replacer
