Why are there action alerts on the PETA website that are not on PETA2?

I’mover 21 and still on PETA2… O_o I think it’s easier to help with peta2 lol. That and it’s easier to access info, it’s a nicer site, etc. I’m not an old enough fart yet to leave…

    Hey @Josi,

Not to worry! Once you turn 21 you can continue helping animals through PETA’s Action Team. :)

It could be that, as hakred posted, there are action alerts geared toward different age groups. Or maybe it’s because different people are in charge of updating each site.

There are different campaigns for each website so that PETA can reach out to different age groups. Peta2 is PETAs youth division, so here you’ll likely find content more geared toward youth activists.

PETA has an Action Center on the http://www.peta.org website as well, which you can find here:
    http://www.peta.org/action/default.aspx

There is also PETAKiDS! and PETA Prime.

To receive all alerts, you can sign up for emails from both PETA and peta2. If you have any more questions, feel free to ask the boards or shoot an e-mail to peta2! :)
